I will remove this review if my second meeting with Dr Chi goes smoother. As for now I’m left feeling extremely hurt, isolated, and frustrated. Not to mention I’m in severe pain. For 2 years I’ve been dealing with an intense neck pain on the right side. It causes me to adjust my neck hundreds and hundreds of times a day. The stiffness and soreness is unbearable. After getting mri’s and x rays, we found out that u had nerve damage in my neck, and that my constant adjusting for years has led to spinal degeneration. I was sent to a dentist for dental x rays and an exam. I was delighted actually to find out that my wisdom teeth was likely the root cause! Two years of searching, countless x rays , medications, mri’s, different pain mgmt doctors . My entire life was put on hold because I can’t find any comfort. I can’t even go out with friends because I can’t sit comfortably or stop adjusting. Today I was so excited when sent to dr chi for extraction. I was told it would be removed same day, after waiting about 5 hours. When seeing Dr chi I was completely blown off and talked down to. I had zero privacy and he spoke to me in the middle of a hallway. 5 hours wait and I felt I had to

Post op dental infection that was ignored by dr. I had one of my wisdom teeth removed. During the week the pain got worse. A week later I went in to get my sutures out and I explained to dr Chi that the entire right side of my face and head was in pain, the extraction site was oozing yellow goo and I was pretty sure I had an infection. Dr Chi said “You should come back when you feel better.” I didn’t know how to respond to this so I just asked for stronger antibiotics and he said no, then proceeded to act offended that I even suggested that I might have an infection. Having the sutures removed was much more painful than having the actual tooth removed because everything was swollen and in pain. I left his office in tears and was given a prescription for medication that was useless. A few days later I’m still in excruciating pain so I go to see my regular doctor. Guess what… My extraction site was infected. I was given proper antibiotics from my doctor and I felt much better the next day. If I didn’t go to my regular doctor to get better antibiotics I don’t know what would have happened. I also want to be very clear about this, I did not get stronger pain meds, I only got stronger

great doctor. got 4 teeth extracted, anesthetic amount was precise, and friendly staff and doc. dont believe those other reviews

Excellent dentist. Very professional and caring. Took out all 4 of my wisdom tooth in just 15 minutes (after local anesthetic kicked in). Recovering well, and front desk was extremely patient and helpful with my pre and post op instructions.

Dr. Chi is above & beyond a professional and empathetic specialist. He provided emergency surgery that saved our son's life & allowed restorative healing. Dr. Chi communicated clearly and direct, while assessing the emergency situation ,and took prompt surgical action. All follow-up with the Dr. and his staff were also outstanding, and had wonderful communication skills.
